Floors and loft spaces will need to be accessed. Prices above exclude properties with chipboard, lamiate, lino & sheet wood flooring and boarded out lofts, in these circumstances you will need to have a free individual quotation. Refilling of chases is a complimentary service and will require further attention prior to decorating. Waste from the job is bagged up but not taken away. Prices based on adequate parking and access availability to the property.
