Safety First: Nobody likes bad news. But when it comes to electrical safety it is best to know exactly what the problems are. So if we see something is not right we issue one of the forms shown below detailing exactly what is wrong.
We feel that when it comes to safety it is not enough to just tell you about it, things may get forgotton and to be honest you may end up being baffled by the technical jargon. If it is written down, not only will you be able to digest the information better but we have also made a written declaration, something you will not catch the "cowboys" doing in a hurry!
We have made every effort to prove ourselves to our customers, whether it be by being independently monitored by checkatrade, allowing you to leave feedback on this site and of course being registered as approved contractors with part p of the building regulations. But if you still feel you need clarification we would always advise you to seek a second or even a third opinion. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We never look for work that is not required and that is why we put the statements we make in writing.
Safety observations are made whenever we carry out quotations, new works or customer orders an inspection.
